Moved from South London to Manchester and they gave us a 4 man crew and 2 vans. We only needed to pack our own stuff (which I preferred) but the rest like dismantling and making the beds again were done by them. They were quick, efficient, organised, courteous and very professional with how they handled the move. From the moment they started packing they were so kind, considerate and reassuring. We had an exceptionally stressful experience with the former owners of the house we had bought refusing us entry, and they had also not removed the majority of their bulky furniture. This meant the DN team had to wait several hours and they treated us with such compassion and kindness - even taking the time to stop and say comforting words whilst still working so swiftly and efficiently. They took great care of all our belongings, but asked if anything was particularly special or sentimental and presented me with these by hand at the new house so I knew where they were. Communication was brilliant from quote to finish. If you're looking for a truly reliable and efficient removals company honestly look no further. Truly, I'd recommend them to anyone. Show more
